Metric was in charge of both the design and construction supervision of the project, which was sited on a 45-rai land. The project included a huge size computerized warehouse providing a floor area of 43,000 sq.m., housing 14 m. high racking system.  The warehouse would serve as a storage and merchandise distribution center for Central and Robinson Department Stores and their affiliates throughout the country. Associated with the warehouse were 4,100 sq.m. administration-canteen-change room building, loading platform for 65 trucks, roadways with a 5.50 m.x2.20 m.x30.00 m. (WxHxL) crossing pedestrian tunnel, parking area, drainage, and all related systems and utilities.
