Metric and Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. jointly signed a contract with National Petrochemical Corp. to undertake the planning, design and construction of the offsite and general facilities for the upstream petrochemical complex, sited on more than 400 rai of land in Mab Ta Phut Industrial Estate. The contractual work scope covered land development, all infrastructures for the entire project area and a number of buildings.
