Metric had a chance to provide architectural and engineering study for the master layout and building complex sited at the 8-rai land on Sanpawut Road near Bangna intersection.  The project comprised 10,000+10,000 sq.m. office space and a club house of recreation center, sport complex, self-learning & improvement center.  Appurtenant work included interior roadways, parking area and landscaping.  The study included cost effectiveness and energy efficiency of major materials and MEP system alternatives.
