In competing with several other design firms, Metric’s proposed planning and design was selected by the Thaioil selection committee. The office, with related facilities, was designed to replace the existing one. Situated on a 15-rai plot within the area of Thaioil refinery complex, the project comprised two-story office building and canteen having a total floor area of more than 6,000 sq.m., interior roadways and parking area for 220 cars, landscaping. Metric also designed water supply and sanitary system, electrical system, telephone, HVAC, and firefighting and protection system.
