Metric was engaged by P.P. Coral Resort Co., Ltd. to undertake the design and project management of this villa-type resort hotel to be constructed on a 28-rai land plot in Koh Phi Phi Don of Krabi Province. The design work included architectural, civil/structural, electrical, mechanical and environmental designs while the project management included project scheduling & execution plan, preliminary cost estimate, detailed cost estimates, price inquiry and bidding documents, contract documents, and price inquiry and bidding process. Major parts of the project were 60 Guest Villas designed in four different types; Main Restaurant and Beach Bar Building; Spa Complex consisting of 5 treatment units; Gift Shop, Diving School and Water Sports Center; Main Swimming Pool and Beach Area; Lobby, Living Room and Library Building; Front Office, Executive Office and GM Office Building; B.O.H. Building; Staff Canteen; House Keeping and Laundry Section; and Engineering Building.
