The project was situated on a 35-rai plot in Siam Cement Industrial Land, Nong Khae, Saraburi. Metric was assigned to design and supervise the construction of which the completion was scheduled for late 1996. Major components of the project were 20,500 sq.m. production building, administration building, canteen, change house, electrical substations, HVAC, electrical system, roadway and parking area, drainage system and all support facilities.
