For over 20 years, Metric has been assigned for design, project management, and construction supervision of major projects in multiple plants of Michelin Siam Co., Ltd. including tire and raw materials plants in Chonburi, Rayong, Samutprakarn, and Saraburi. The projects include new and modification work for various types of building – tire manufacturing buildings, utility buildings, warehouses, administration buildings, and supporting infrastructure. The design scope included siteworks: road and vehicle parking area, drainage, and fence and gate; mechanical work: HVAC, fire protection, steam&condensate, hot water, chilled water, cooling water, compressed air, gas, vacuum, hydraulic oil and chemicals; and electrical system: MV. power, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, lightning protection, grounding, telephone, communication, control, monitoring and security.
