A brewery complex designed to produce up to 100 million liters per year of Singha Beer.   There were various types of buildings and structures of different functions, namely brewhouse, malt plant, machine house, tank farm, bottling plant which also provided a space for administrative staff, boiler house, multipurpose building, water and brew water treatment plant and river bank slope protection. Total floor area of the buildings and structures was approximately 45,000 sq.m.
